Medical Evaluation: medical history, review of symptoms, drugs, review of lab work (labs may be ordered in California)

Review of Lifestyle Factors: Sleep, Habits, Behaviors, Social (specific to lifestyle of student, professional, housewife, etc.) Diet, Supplements, Relationships, Beliefs, Coping Mechanism, and Emotional State.

Personalized Strategies to reduce, alter, or eliminate stress response for different situations will be created through options of modifiable lifestyle factors, nutrition, self-management techniques, supplementation and education on wellness trends/fads.

We will address cognitive/behavioral/dietary/supplement/drug/lifestyle factors to create healthier coping mechanisms which are enjoyable, enriching, and fit into your lifestyle without requiring additional time.
Typical S.M.A.R..T. programs are 8 weeks in duration, and do not include medical evaluations, personalized protocols, or follow up support.
This program includes:

An initial evaluation includes 3 main components; medical evaluation, in depth evaluation of lifestyle variables, and the creation of personalized strategies which do not require more time from the overworked, overwhelmed individual.

8 follow ups to address and solve challenges you will face making changes. Dig deeper to restructure old beliefs and habits. Plan on working on one change per week. Meetings can be weekly, twice a month, or monthly for 8 sessions.

After the 8 sessions; follow up meetings can be scheduled on an as needed basis.
Virtual-offered via HIPPA compliant platform. You and I will see each other over the internet. You can be anywhere. Only offered in English.
