When was the last time you had a medical evaluation and necessary lab work?

If you do not have insurance, or have a PPO this may a be a good option for you.

OPTION ONE “I Am Healthy”:

  • You are healthy, with no previous history of serious illness, and you do not have a current medical diagnosis.  This is the ‘I Am Healthy’ option, but want to make sure my labs are okay as well.

    •  A telemedicine consultation can be scheduled to determine which tests to order.

    • Your PPO may cover some lab orders, they typically do not pay to check your Vitamin D levels, unless you’re pregnant, or have other condition.

    • Your telemedicine consultation is an out of pocket expense (no insurance billing is provided).

    • I will review your family history, your medical history, a review of systems, ask about your sleep, digestion, energy, pain, emotional state, urination, etercetra to determine what labs to order.

    • Pap smears are recommended every 5 years per ACOG for those without previous abnormal Pap smears.

    • Dr. Pourhassani, DACM will write lab orders she deems medically necessary.

    • This appointment take up to 10 minutes, and the lab order will be sent to a lab close to you.

OPTION 2: ‘I’m Not Feeling Too Well’: this evaluation may require more time, or you may have multiple issues which need to be evaluated.

OPTION 3: ‘I Have Multiple MD’s and Still Feel Terrible’

OPTION 4: ‘Functional Medicine’ evaluation and consultation.
