-Patients are accepted for one condition at a time. And, only if we specialize in the condition/diagnosis will a consultation be scheduled.

-Each condition requires a consultation.

-No acupuncture is provided without a consultation.

-A consultation does not imply acupuncture will be provided

-Consultations and Evaluations fees vary based on condition & other factors

-Acupuncture fees vary based on condition and treatment 

-More than acupuncture services may be provided which have additional fees.

-Patients cannot request specific lab tests, imaging orders, supplements or ‘try acupuncture’ as they wish.  

• Patients who do not follow directions are discharged from care.

-Only patients who are deemed good candidates for primary care will be provided primary care services.

-Patients are responsible for all payments.

• Credit Care, HSA and FSA are accepted.
• No super bills are provided
• Insurance billing is only provided for  Kaiser physicians and surgeons who have Meritain insurance, they will still have out-of-pocket expenses.
