Our techniques are specifically designed to address the pitfalls of failed IVF.  If IVF alone cannot lead to having a biological child; we may be able to help. Dr. Pourhassani, DACM, LAc, FABORM has completed years of additional post-graduate education in reproductive medicine and functional medicine.  She is a board-certified reproductive acupuncturist, which required passing a 6-hour examination specific for adjunct acupuncture and herbal medicine for IVF.  She volunteered her time as an ad hoc grant reviewer for the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. She obtained education in functional medicine from the Institute of Functional Medicine in 2019.

 

If you are seeking acupuncture for infertility, make sure the acupuncturist is a fellow of the American Board of Oriental Medicine (FABORM), fellows have obtained additional education and passed a rigorous exam.
